Mail Art Selection 2
I called them Letters of the Quarantine as they were made almost for fun during the pandemic, with the idea of publishing one a day until the "liberation". Perhaps I succeeded, having written over 300, although I stopped publishing them not to be boring. The interest came from my ancient passion for Calligraphy; or rather for the History of Writing. I have always loved to read history starting from the technique of written communication. And I soon realized that the best way to grasp the deeper meanings of writing was to practice it. The index of names is wider than it appears to be in this selection, and I could define it as a dynamic representation of connections, kinships, friendships and affections kept in my memory.
A special feature: the stamps are all original, vintage and unused.
